Buddha offers us his FOUR NOBLE TRUTHS to help understand the Laws of Life. I’ve paraphrased them here as:

(1) Suffering is an inherent part of life.

(2) The cause of suffering is attachment of the MIND to models of how life should be,.

(3) Freedom from attachment FREES one from suffering.

(4) Buddha’s way to transcend attachments is his Eightfold Path listed below, but you’ll need to find your own way. Therefore, the more we “stay awake” to what level of reality we are in, the easier it becomes to DETACH from suffering created by our attachment to the “drama” in that level of reality.

Many of us have a tremendous preoccupation with our own suffering, which is created by our attachments to our own neuroses. That’s why it’s so important to create a safe space where you can experience the lighter side of life…where joy, laughter, love, and acceptance reign FREE. Remember that angels can fly because they take themselves so lightly. When you stay consciously transcend that level of reality any time you choose.

The Laws of Karma and Dharma are….divinity in motion! So, as you learn how to use them on your journey home to your Self, you’ll make peace with the fact that you are exactly where you are suppose to be, doing exactly what you are supposed to be doing for your highest spiritual good, even if it doesn’t feel good. You will realize that in a perfectly evolving universe, it cannot be any other way.
