My name is Ayasha Roberson, I am CEO of Urban SociaLites, LLC, which is a multi-media company. In addition, for the past 15 years I have as a Psychiatric Screener helping adults and children when they are in mental and emotional crisis. I have experience being on the frontline during 2012 Hurricane Sandy and now through the Pandemic Epidemic of 2020. 

As a Spiritual Life Coach, I want to introduce to you my virtual classes that help you to feel good about yourself and life. I created these holistic programs that will also help you find inner peace, harmony, and love within yourself.

My Body Is My Temple Program

My Body Is My Temple Program is 60 minutes one on one session which our personal training sessions. All personal training sessions include meditation at the beginning of each training session. (Please note: All sessions are for beginners)

Healing My Spirit

Healing My Spirit is one-on-one energy sessions raising your vibrations from low to high. Clients will get to experience their spirit being connected to their God Self removing any negative energy from aura and surrounding. Chakra bowls will be played for 45 minutes; however, 15 minutes will be dedicated to grounding yourself along with meditation at the start of the each session. Sessions are 60 minutes.
