Indian Cuisine Paired with Tequila
Monday, June 15, 2015| 6:30pm-9:30pm

Join us for a multi-course Indian dinner and hear from one of the nation’s top tandoor masters, Executive Chef and Michelin-starred restauranteur Hemant Mathur. He will talk about the dishes he has created for us and how he is bringing Indian regional foods into focus at his six eateries.

And, learn about the various tequilas and how to pair it with food.  Joining us is Araceli Ramos, a tequila master from Jose Cuervo, who will share the secrets of bringing out the flavors of tequila when paired with Indian food. Jose Cuervo is the largest tequila maker in the world with a venerable 200 + year history.

The event is part of AWIB’s ongoing Asian food series, exploring the diverse cuisines of Asia fused with a western flair.
