Join Tony and Grammy Award- nominated playwright, poet, and _{lyricist Reg E. Gaines as he explores places where spoken word and} traditional drama meet. Gaines _{has created a musical play that he is now pursuing to perform on} Broadway. This Broadway-themed _{event will include excerpts from new Reg E. Gaines play, The 88, and a} discussion of what it takes to get a _{production to the Broadway stage.} 

Reg E. Gaines is joined at this _{event by renowned playwright and} filmmaker Richard Wesley, who _{will add his insights from a full and storied career as a writer for stage} and screen.
