One On One Leadership/Mentorship Program

USL Leadership/Mentorship Program  offers one-to-one sessions to help you to develop and enhance your skill set to become a successful leader. Our Mentorship sessions are 60 to 90 minutes helping you to grow into the leader you desire to become. You will receive the following courses through our one-to-one leadership/mentorship program:

-public speaking

-conflict resolution

-team dynamics

-interpersonal communication skills

-building trust

-Identifying Goals and Current

-Women In Leadership

– Leadership in Non-Profit Management

– Leadership Coaching

– Business Management

– And More  

Our One-to-One Leadership/Mentorship Program Schedule as Follows

June–August 2023

4 Week Sessions – once a week

Tuesdays  &  Wednesdays

6 Week Sessions – once a week

Tuesdays & Wednesdays

8 Week Sessions – once a week

Tuesdays & Wednesdays

Our One-to-One Mentorship Program offers in-person or virtual sessions.

IMPORTANT

Consultation Fee is a separate fee and not included in the Tuition Program Fee.

Consultation Fee Must Be Paid in Full Before Appointment is scheduled with our Coach.  Payment can made through Cash App or Venmo $UrbanSociaLites

A brief intake form will be sent to you prior to your schedule consultation session.

Individuals part of the Mentorship Program will be responsible to pay separate costs for books and audio associated with Mentorship Program Curriculum.
