Healthcare Enrollment

Open enrollment in the online insurance marketplace begins November 15. While an estimated 520,000 New Jerseyans gained health insurance during the 2014 open enrollment period under Obamacare, an additional 400,000 residents are still in need of coverage.

On Thursday, November 20, the Caucus Educational Corporation, together with the Newark Community Health Centers and and Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey are holding “Taking Care of New Jersey,” an all-day enrollment even…t at the NCHC site at 444 William St East Orange, NJ 07017. This dynamic event will offer enrollment assistance (by certified enrollment specialists), blood pressure checks and other free health screenings, as well as panel discussion, moderated by Emmy Award-winning journalist Steve Adubato.
