WAREHOUSE LEADS, Edison, NJ needed ASAP 1^st ,  2^nd & 3^rd shifts: Our client is looking to hire Warehouse Leads for all their shifts- Candidates will need to be flexible with their shifts because they are a 24/7  operation. Pay will range depending on shift and days from $ 12.50-$ 13.00-  Walking Leads will work as part of a team having the overall responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Leads can perform all tasks conducted by any member in the assembly process and rotate through all of them rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. Office Manager (experienced in 3PL industry) Office Manager experience in 3PL Logistics term opportunity $40-$50K.  The Office Manager is responsible for managing all customer service/office staff  training, managing workload and other administrative responsibilities in addition to acting as a working CSR. Payroll Clerk: Robbinsville, NJ. $12.00/hr Temp-to hire . Our client, 1million sq. foot 3rd Party Logistics company is in need of a Payroll Clerk to assist their team.  Currently this is a contract opportunity for an extended period of time, with hours from8:00am – 4:30pm. Responsibilities Performs payroll function including data entry, reconciliations, invoicing, data management, reporting and payroll related record keeping. Review and reconciliation of time entry data. Generates missed punch reports daily for managers and staffing agency partners. Resolves issues with timesheets and time off requests. Maintains payroll records in orderly manner. Liaises with onsite staffing partners to resolve temporary associate timesheet issues. Prepares and distributes weekly hours for customer invoices. Reviews customer invoice for completeness and accuracy. Maintenance of existing employee information. Responds to associate and corporate payroll requests and inquiries. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly payroll reports. Provides courteous and timely customer service to both external and internal customers. Supports audits and general payroll requests for documentation on payroll records, PTO request, missed punch authorizations and invoices. ·   Minimum 2 years related payroll experience required. Working knowledge of Excel and previous experience working with an HRIS.
